Join IntelStack's Thane team as an IT recruiter working UK hours, sourcing and screening technology candidates for enterprise clients across the UK and Europe. Freshers are welcome: you get full training on UK IT recruitment and live requirements from day one.
You work directly with UK clients and hiring managers from our Thane office on a UK shift (about 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST), with a clear path into senior recruiter and account management roles. Fixed weekends off.
Shift: UK shift, approximately 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (may move by an hour with UK daylight saving). Experience: 0 to 2 years; freshers are welcome to apply.

What you will do
- Source candidates for UK IT roles using job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases.
- Screen profiles and run initial calls to check skills, experience, availability and rate or salary expectations.
- Submit shortlisted profiles to the delivery team and clients in the required format.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates through the interview, offer and onboarding stages.
- Keep candidate data and requirement trackers up to date.
- Build a pipeline of talent for recurring technology skill sets.
What we are looking for
- Graduate in any discipline (BSc IT, BCA, BE, BBA or MBA HR preferred but not required).
- Good spoken and written English, with confidence on calls.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn IT skill sets and terminology.
- Comfortable working UK shift hours from our Thane office.
- Target-driven, organised and quick to follow up.
- Prior experience in IT, US or UK recruitment is a plus, not a must.
